At the core of the RAD-15 is a 4140 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel finished in Melonite for long-lasting corrosion resistance and strength. The 1:7 twist rate provides excellent stabilization for a wide variety of 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem loads, while the 1/2x28 threaded muzzle with A2 flash hider supports easy upgrades and suppressor compatibility. A pistol-length gas system and .750 low-profile gas block ensure reliable cycling under a variety of conditions.
Both the upper and lower receivers are precision-machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum and finished with Type III hardcoat anodizing to MIL-SPEC standards. The platform includes standard MIL-SPEC safety selector, fire control group, charging handle, and buffer system, ensuring compatibility and reliability with AR-pattern components.
A 7-inch free-float M-LOK thin rail handguard provides ample accessory space for optics, grips, or lights, while keeping weight balanced. The pistol is stabilized with an MFT brace, providing improved control and comfort in a compact configuration. Included is a 30-round magazine.
