Buying an NFA item is simple, and Wild Zebra makes it even easier with our on-site kiosk and fastest-ever ATF wait times! Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Decide How to Register

You have two options for registration: as an individual or through a trust.

Registering as an Individual

1. Buy your suppressor or other NFA item.
2. Create an ATF E-Forms account (Sign up here).
3. Get digital passport photos (Wild Zebra can take them for you!).
4. Complete and submit ATF Form 4 online.
5. Pay the $200 tax stamp fee for MACHINE GUNS AND DESTRUCTIVE DEVICES to the ATF. All other NFA items have a $0 tax.

Registering with a Trust (recommended for flexibility)

1. Create a trust (click here) or use an existing one (make a digital copy).
2. Buy your suppressor or other NFA item.
3. Create an ATF E-Forms account.
4. Get passport photos for all responsible persons listed on the trust.
5. Obtain digital fingerprints for all responsible persons.
6. Complete an ATF Form 5320.23 (Responsible Person Questionnaire) for each person on the trust.
7. Fill out ATF Form 4 online.

Why Use a Trust?

Though a trust costs around $80more, it offers major advantages, such as:

• More than one person (family or friends) can legally use the suppressor.
• A single trust can cover multiple suppressors.
